Xiaomi Pad 5 is the Android tablet that’s driving iPad users crazy

PHILIPPINES -– Xiaomi today launched the Xiaomi Pad 5 tablet in the Philippines. Marketed as an “all-in-one work station” and a “versatile as a productivity tool” for both work or the classroom, the Snapdragon 860-powered Android tablet touts an 11-inch 120Hz display, quad loud speakers and an 8,720 mAh battery.

Xiaomi Pad 5 comes in two color options, Cosmic Gray and Pearl White. It goes into retail in the Philippines from September 24 with a limited early bird discount, priced as follows:

• Xiaomi Pad 5 (6GB + 128GB): Php17,990 (SRP) / Php14,990 (Lazada early bird discount)
• Xiaomi Pad 5 (6GB + 256GB): Php19,990 (SRP)

In addition to the discount, early bird purchases made on September 24  will come with a free Xiaomi Smart Pen. Xiaomi Pad 5 will be available on Xiaomi Authorized Stores nationwide starting October 1.
