Polytechnic University of the Philippines Peer Facilitators Association (PUPPFA) will be conducting its university-wide 10th Annual Youth Congress (AYC) entitled: “Mindful Help: Providing Relief through Psychosocial Support”.
This is a seminar-workshop which equips the participants with basic psychological first aid that could be used in any day, any type of situation that they will be in—be it helping a suicidal friend, comforting a stranger, even handling their own stresses and problems.
