The roster of 24 players will be divided into three teams, chosen by NBA Legends Charles Barkley, Shaquille O’Neal, and Kenny Smith during the live NBA All-Star Draft on Friday, February 7. The fourth team will be crowned from the Castrol Rising Stars championship game – a showcase for top first- and second-year NBA players.
