Who would like to be in the shoes of mega hearthrob, in-demand and sought after actor/celebrity/endorser Daniel Padilla even just for a day? If I was a guy, I would!
Even I am amazed how he has been busier these days compared to just a few years ago. Daniel must have an efficient assistant with him to remind of his daily schedules and commitments and not miss any of it as much as possible.
Earlier today, we the bloggers and media met up with the busy DJ (as he is foindly called) at Dong Juan restaurant in time and a week before his third concert to date, “Daniel Most Wanted” to be staged at the Mall of Asia Arena on June 13, 7PM.
DJ who came all the way from his Pangako Sa ‘Yo taping looked tired but his exhaustion from the trip slowly disappeared as he began entertaining queries and joked and smiled more to an SRO crowd.
Asked how different is this concert going to be compared to his previous two, “It is going to be more intimate,” Daniel shares. “There will be more classic songs of the past.”
Imagine Daniel crooning to songs of his parent’s favorite songs by Frank Sinatra, James Taylor or Stevie Wonder? I bet that would really be a super treat from the very young actor.
Sharing the stage with Daniel are Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano, Kyla, Nyoy Volante, Morisette, Edgar Allan Guzman, KZ Tandingan, and Harana composed of Joseph Marco, Michael Pangilinan, Bryan Santos and Marlo Mortel.
And speaking of Mr. Pure Energy, another colleague inquired if there would also be dancing portions in the concert?
Not wanting to be a killjoy, he replied, “Let’s see. There might be some depends on the audience,” he teases.
I’ve seen Daniel’s birthday concert last year on replay and mind you, his dancing is an act to watch. Not boring. The guy’s got two normal feet in tune with the beat.
For his millions of out of town fans who are not able to come to MOA Arena, they may still be able to watch the concert via live feed at selected SM Cinemas in Davao, Cebu, Iloilo, Dasmarinas, Cabanatuan, Pampanga and Legazpi.
If you want to watch Daniel’s concert from your own home, yes that is possible by simply availing of Skycable’s pay per view in Manila, Laguna, Rizal, Bacolod, Dumaguete and General Santos City.
I personally asked Daniel what would be the perfect and apt song that best describes his life and career right now abd why? Without batting an eyelash (so to speak) he quipped, “I Feel Good”

I am personally happy for the growth and rise to fame Daniel has achieved in this phase of his career. His popularity continues to soar and roar. He does not only carry the popular family name of his famous uncles and grandma but does his every best to really prove his worth. Daniel has displayed generosity and kindness to his family and friends. May he just continue to improve and keep his both feet on the ground.
Will his love team partner Kathryn Bernardo show up on JUne 13? Well your guess is as sweety good as mine!
