PHILIPPINES – The next Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event will be held on August 5, 10PM via livestream launch. Members of the media received an electronic invitation, which features the copper-colored splash as seen in the video teaser.
According to Samsung, the company aims to continue bringing devices through uncertain times, with the goal of helping people keep in touch with what matters most and to “give them the power to thrive in any situation”.
The soon-to-be-launched devices are designed for individuals who strive to optimize their time and live their lives to the fullest whether it be for productivity, gaming, and wellness.
Earlier leaks have listed at least five new devices, including the Galaxy Note 20 and a bigger Note 20 Plus / Ultra variant. The Galaxy Fold 2, Galaxy Z Flip, and Galaxy Tab S7 are also expected to make an appearance, as well as the Galaxy Watch 3.
“At [the] Galaxy Unpacked, we’ll be introducing five new power devices. These devices deliver our vision to be the innovator of new mobile experiences that flow seamlessly and continuously wherever we go,” says TM Roh, Samsung Electronics President and Head of Mobile Communications Business, in a press statement.
