Globe intros 5Mbps home broadband with 300GB monthly data cap for P1299

TAGUIG, Philippines – Telecommunications provider Globe just launched the new GoBIG plans for its home broadband service. Beginning at plan 1299, subscribers get 300GB of data allocation per month at 5Mbps.

The highest plan 1899 includes 500GB of data at 50Mbps. All plans come with free 100GB YouTube allocation.

Compared to its Go Fast plans, the Go Big plans offer more data at a lower speed. The table below illustrates the difference between these plans.

To kick off the campaign, Globe at Home is holding #StreamFest this weekend, a free movie event to be held at Bonifacio High Street in Taguig and UP Town Center in Quezon City.

The roster includes Netflix titles like Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and Designated Survivor. HOOQ will also be streaming movies like Amazing Spiderman 1 and 2. The new Tangled series will also be showcased through the Disney Channel Apps.

Globe previously held #StreamFest in Cebu last July 1 and 2.
