Flare tender who proposed marriage to partner earns Angel Locsin’s Golden Buzzer

A flare tending couple named “Liquid concepts” had earned the coveted Golden buzzer of Pilipinas Got Talent Season 5 judge Angel Locsin.

Aside from Angel, Liquid concepts also impressed the three other judges including Robin Padilla, Vice Ganda and Fredie Garcia after they showed flare bartending exhibitions and stunts.

After the four judges said “Yes” to the contestant, everyone was shocked and turned emotional when the man proposed marriage to her girlfriend. Angel Locsin, who recently admitted that she and PGT host Luis Manzano’s relationship are on the rocks, pressed the golden button when the woman said “Yes” to her boyfriend.

Meanwhile, netizens expressed their disappointment as they find nothing “extra-special” with Liquid concept’s performance.

Previously, the dance act of “Power Duo” earned the very first ‘Golden Buzzer‘ on Pilipinas Got Talent (PGT) Season 5 during the second day of auditions.

Judge Robin Padilla decided to press the ‘golden buzzer’ to send them directly to the live semi-finals.

Since the show aired last January 30, PGT instantly became Filipinos’ newest weekend habit. Last Saturday (Jan 30), it ruled its timeslot hitting 27.5% in national TV rating, beating rival’s 11.4%, according to data from Kantar Media. It also won last Sunday (Jan 31) hitting 28.6% versus rival’s 12.3%.
