Journey to fitness by Adidas FitSquad


Adidas recently a series of event that focus on women and their journey to fitness.

It was their 2nd event and the event was held at Primal Ape Crossfit and yes it a crossfit event and you have to all the routine as one team

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness..

The CrossFit program is driven by data. Using whiteboards as scoreboards, keeping accurate scores and records, running a clock, and precisely defining the rules and standards for performance,

And speaking of scoreboard, here are the lists of what we have done during the work out

100 sit-ups

100 burpees

100 box jumps

100 wall balls

400-meter rope runs

100 ground to overheads

I never thought that I would be happy to join the event because I had decline several events that has got something to do with thecrossfit routine. Maybe I am afraid or think I am not fit enough to do but I did it and I was happy to do it again

I may had done it well because of the team that supports me and with the proper attire that make me comfortable to do what I have to do
