A controversial Facebook post by Chris Cooke comparing the official fight score cards of the Mayweather vs Pacquiao superfight against the fighter’s colors is causing confusion on social media. On the official scorecards, Floyd Mayweather’s name is shown fighting under the Red corner, while Manny Pacquiao’s name is under the Blue corner. However, the actual fight has it in reverse – Pacquiao was fighting under the Red corner and Mayweather was fighting under the blue corner.
Manny Pacquiao’s official ID also shows that he and his team are posted on the red corner. Even during the post-fight interview, Manny told Max Kellerman that he thought he won the fight because Mayweather did nothing but run around.
