MANILA, Philippines (Sep 2026) – Heading out of the country for a music festival usually means juggling separate flight bookings, ticket queues, and hotel stays, but a new travel package is combining event passes and plane tickets into a single checkout. Travel bookings around major music events jump by 10 to 15 percent, prompting travel platform MOVE to introduce bundled event and flight passes starting with Djakarta Warehouse Project (DWP) 2026.
Party and fly in one go
Powered by its dedicated ticket division MOVETIX, the new bundle allows partygoers to lock in both their general admission festival tickets and flights together. The goal is to make cross-border travel for live events far simpler for Pinoy music lovers and festival fans across Southeast Asia.
Capital A Chief Executive Officer Tony Fernandes shared that travel has evolved past getting from point A to point B. He noted that live experiences bring people together, creating an opportunity to connect fans with music and culture across the region through an integrated travel platform.
Tapping into the regional music rush
Head of MOVETIX Hassan Choudhury explained that flight searches spike whenever massive lineup announcements drop. With 30 years in entertainment, he emphasized that combining event access with air transport gives organizers direct access to travelers who are already planning trips abroad.
Ismaya Group Co-founder Christian Rijanto highlighted that DWP has grown into one of Asia’s premier homegrown music festivals. He mentioned that fans routinely fly in from across Asia, Australia, and Europe. Now, music fans in Manila, Kuala Lumpur, or Bangkok can organize their entire festival itinerary in one place.
Rates and availability
The DWP MOVETIX event and flight bundle offers savings of up to 20 percent. Packages start at PHP 20,500 (approx. $360) for general admission festival passes bundled with flights, available directly on the MOVE app.
