PHILIPPINES – Customer Care Services with OPPO now made extra convenient as the company strengthens contactless transactions in OPPO Service Centers nationwide.
For safety and convenience in-store, OPPO has partnered with several mobile payment platforms to fully implement cashless payment options for customers who are visiting service centers nationwide for smartphone repairs and other services. Customers can now pay through the following mobile payment platforms Gcash, GrabPay, HelloMoney, Alipay, Union Pay, Home Credit Pay, and Wechat Pay.
To have your OPPO device serviced, schedule a visit to your preferred service center via call and a customer representative will assist you on your preferred schedule of visit. For residents of NCR, Door-to-Door service is also an option but with limited number of home service requests per day only.
The OPPO Service Centers’ schedule for the week of April 19: service centers will be open Monday to Sunday except on Tuesday (April 20). For service centers located at the mall, operation hours start from 10AM to 630PM. Then, service centers located outside the mall, operation hours start from 9AM to 530PM. The service centers in Pampanga are open from 8AM to 5PM, while Service Centers in Alabang are open from 11AM to 6PM. The schedule of mall-based service centers may change depending on the government’s community quarantine protocols.
