We wanted to go to the extreme and used the Band 8 Pro for roughtly 6 days with AOD, raise-to-wake, and all sensors turned on all the time, so the published battery life sounds just about right.
It uses wired charging and takes about an hour and a half or 80 minutes to go from fully drained to fully charged.
