MANILA, Philippines (Jul. 2, 2025) – Looking for a flagship phone that won’t weigh you down? A new compact smartphone, the vivo X200 FE, is set to launch in the Philippines on July 18.
vivo designed the phone for portability and one-handed use. It features a 6.31-inch flat screen and a slim profile of 7.99mm. The device weighs 186g with a width of 71.76mm. According to a press release obtained by our editors, vivo focused on precision-stacking internal components to achieve a balanced weight distribution.
The design, inspired by the “squircle” shape which blends a square and a circle, aims for a refined feel. The rear camera module, called the Rhythm Eye, occupies only 9% of the back panel to ensure a seamless grip. It comes in two colors: Blue Breeze and Black Luxe. The phone’s body is finished with a Metallic Sand Anti-Glare coating, which the company claims is 40% smoother than typical anti-glare surfaces.
Despite its size, the phone is built for durability. It has a structural frame made from aerospace-grade aluminum for drop resistance. The vivo X200 FE is also certified IP68 and IP69 for dust and water resistance, protecting it from spills and rain. The device has also earned SGS Triple Protection Certification and is described as having military-grade durability.
For those interested in the launch, vivo will post updates on its official website and social media channels in the Philippines, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
