Sending a package abroad just got easier if you’re near the airport

PASAY CITY, Philippines (Mar 2026) — Travelers with excess baggage, online sellers shipping overseas, and businesses moving time-sensitive cargo now have a much more convenient option near the country’s main international gateway.

FedEx Philippines has relocated its Worldwide Service Center to Unit 101, Achievers Lifestyle Hub Building No. 1, inside the NAIA Complex in Pasay City. The new location puts the service center just minutes away from all four NAIA terminals, making it easier to drop off international shipments without traveling far from the airport.

The center serves a broad range of customers, from individual travelers looking to ship souvenirs and excess luggage to e-commerce sellers, small businesses, and large corporations handling cross-border trade.

Alongside the service center move, FedEx also relocated its Manila Gateway operations to the SM Asinan Warehouse Complex in La Huerta, Parañaque City. This facility handles FedEx logistics operations across Metro Manila, including specialized shipments, and works alongside the company’s existing gateway in Clark, Pampanga.

“By expanding our presence in the high-access NAIA hub, we’re helping customers benefit from faster, more seamless connectivity,” said Maribeth Espinosa, Managing Director of FedEx Philippines.

Beyond the NAIA relocation, FedEx has also grown its network of Authorized Ship Centers to over 300 locations nationwide, giving customers more pickup and drop-off points across the country for international deliveries and returns.
