MANILA, Philippines (Aug 2026) – Pinoy youth are getting a chance to shape their own story on stage instead of just sitting in the audience.
Theater group Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA) has partnered with social purpose organization Move to Change Foundation, Inc. (M2C) to stage “Gen G: GG na ’to!”, a new interactive play about choice, survival, and community.
A play where the audience calls the shots
The production turns civic education into a hands-on experience. Instead of watching passively, the audience gets to participate, make choices, and help shape how the story unfolds. The show aims to demonstrate that every voice matters in building accountable communities and stronger democratic systems.
The interactive production forms part of the broader “Project GG: Game Changers for Good Governance” campaign.
Stellar creative team behind the scenes
An exciting creative team leads the production:
- Director Ian Segarra (“Walang Aray”)
- Playwrights J-mee Katanyag (“Nobody is Home”) and Jhudiel Sosa (“Identité”)
- Musical director Kabaitan Bautista (“Si Faust”)
Touring 12 schools this 2026
“Gen G: GG na ’to!” will go on a campus tour across 12 schools from September to December 2026, giving students a fresh, immersive way to engage with real-world issues.
Note: Specific campus schedules and ticket details have not yet been announced.
