Sinking deep into nostalgic memories of a past romance is a feeling many know all too well, and Pinoy-born British music star beabadoobee is turning that exact emotion into her happiest sound yet. The singer-songwriter has officially released her latest single “Memories,” offering fans another preview of her highly anticipated album Pylon.
Writing the track alone in hotel rooms brought back the feeling of making music as a 17-year-old in her bedroom. That raw vulnerability shapes Pylon, an album that explores anger, loneliness, ecstasy, and love across 14 tracks.
From festival stages to massive arenas
The track recently made its live debut during a series of acclaimed festival sets, including Lollapalooza, Hinterland, and a headline performance at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
Following the single’s release, the artist will kick off The Powerlines Tour this October. The massive tour marks her biggest headlining run yet, featuring arena stops across North America, the UK, and Europe, including major venues like Madison Square Garden in New York and The O2 Arena in London.
