And just recently Director Dexter and his business partner opened their first retail franchise store along Fairlane St. in Fairview, Quezon City serving it’s customers from the north of the metro. Franchise owner Mark Bolasoc and his family were in attendance to celebrate their delicious business! Congratulations to all involved. 
“I was inspired to start Bai’s because I missed our lechon in Cebu. Eating Cebu lechon was like bonding for me and my dad,” Dexter recalls. “We lived in the city center but our favorite was always going to Carcar. It was lechon heaven.” shared Mr. Ding in a previous interview.
