Brooklyn Nets' towering center and 2013 NBA All-Star player, Brook Lopez is back in town as special guest to the official partnership launch by leading global insurance provider AXA and the NBA.
The milestone occasion was graced by AXA Philippines' top honcho, President and CEO Rahul Hora and NBA's Managing Director Carlo Singson.

AXA Philippines will also support Jr. NBA Philippines, the league's youth basketball program for boys and girls, by providing travel insurance for participants embarking on an overseas NBA experience trip later this year.
"We look forward to integrating AXA to our marquee NBA events and platforms in the Philippines to create fun and engaging experiences for our passionate fans." shared Mr. Singson.
Hosted by radio jock and basketball enthusiast Nikko Ramos, he disclosed that the NBA star had "halo halo" for breakfast to the amusement of Lopez.
"Yes that's right! And I had all the fillings!" he proudly shared.
Right after the press conference, Brook had a fun time cheering eight kids on a Shoot That Ball challenge held at the NBA Store in Glorietta. He also gamely posed for selfies and signed tee shirts for his fans and supporters.
NBA Store also sponsored a social media contest for best caption where the winners received GC's for online purchase.
