Auditing Takes the Center Stage; NFJPIA Launches Its First Audit Convention The National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (NFJPIA), one of the largest student organizations in the country with almost 75,000 members comprising of accounting and accounting-related courses, is launching its very 1st National Audit Convention, with the theme, “DALIKAMATA: The Auditor’s Reality”.
Happening this March 19-20, 2022 (Saturday & Sunday), via Zoom cloud meeting and Facebook Live, this event aims to create an avenue for students to further develop and understand the essence and importance of auditing, test their audit knowledge, enhance their abilities in solving real-life audit scenarios, foster healthy competition and promote camaraderie among the students from different regional councils, and encourage active participation and involvement among different universities and regional councils across the country.
The convention will be holding several segments such as:
- Quizbees (Eye of Knowledge)
- Case Study Competition (Eye of Reasoning)
- Audithink (Eye of Speed)
- Webinars (Eye of Wisdom)
- Hugot wars (Eye of Humor)
- Infographics (Eye of Creativity)
The webinars (Eye of Wisdom), will be held on the last day, March 19-20 and will be open to all NFJPIA members with no registration fees.
