MANILA, Philippines – Photos of a person who looks like Gov Edgardo Tallado surfaced on social media Thursday just hours after the governor from Camarines Norte went crying on national television following the disappearance of his wife on Monday.

In an interview with ABS-CBN News on Wednesday, his estranged wife Josefina “Josie” Baning Tallado ran away from because she knows she is not safe in their home anymore.

According to Inquirer, Gov Tallado and Josie are both from Labo and were married in 1986. Their first son died in 1987 and their second, Alvin, who was born in 1988, now attends to the family’s construction business.

In a photo collage uploaded by “Wang Boo” on Facebook, a man who looks like Edgardo Tallado can be seen kissing and being intimate with a young female. In one photo, the couple appears to be naked. According to The Filipino Scribe, the unnamed woman is 24 years old.

CoolBuster earlier reported that Josie Tallado, the Camarites Norte Governor’s 43-year-old wife escaped from her husband for fear that the governor might kill her after she discovered a “sex video” showing him and his alleged mistress.

In an interview with Anthony Taberna in Umagang Kay Ganda, Josie stated the governor came home very angry after discovering a photo posted on Facebook.

According to her legal counsel Atty. Lorna Kapunan, Mrs. Tallado is traumatized after years suffering infidelity from her husband. Kapunan added that the governor is blaming his wife for the leaked photo. Kapunan also stated that the governor confiscated his 3 of his wife’s cellphones, iPad, and destroyed her laptop with a gun after seeing a photo of the mistress naked and “masturbating”.
