Benjamín “Gamezking” Pérez claimed his first global MVP award.

LYON set a new global Free Fire esports record with 33 eliminations in a single game. The tournament also reached a new viewership milestone, drawing 803,647 peak concurrent viewers and more than 11.3 million hours watched, the highest ever recorded for the Free Fire at EWC series.

With the direct berth to the FFWS Global Finals 2026 secured, LYON joins the list of teams to watch heading into Bangkok this November. Garena said the EWC result underscores the growing competitive depth of the Free Fire esports scene across Latin America and beyond.
