PHILIPPINES – The Samsung Galaxy A52, Galaxy A52 5G and Galaxy A72 are now official. Unveiled via livestreaming at the Awesome Unpacked event, Samsung’s next generation Galaxy A lineup offers sought-after features such as an improved camera system, high refresh rate display, dual stereo speakers, improved battery capacity, and IP67 water resistance.
In addition to these, the Galaxy A72 comes with a 3x telephoto lens with OIS (optical image stabilization), which lets users capture high-quality long-distance photos at up to 3x optical zoom and up to 30x digital zoom.
Price, availability (Philippines)
In the Philippines, the Galaxy A52 is priced at Php18,990 while the Galaxy A72 and Galaxy A52 5G are both priced at Php 23,990. The new Galaxy A Series will be available nationwide starting March 26, 2021.
From March 18 to April 4, orders of the Galaxy A52 5G made via Samsung.com will come with a free Galaxy Buds+ worth Php 5,999, while purchases of the Galaxy A72, A52 5G, and A52 via Samsung Authorized Online Stores will receive a free Itfit Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker worth Php 2,090 .
The new Galaxy A Series will be available in four colors: Awesome Violet, Awesome Blue, Awesome Black, and Awesome White.
