Justin Timberlake made a rare surprise appearance on stage with Don Toliver in Miami, reviving Rock Your Body for his first live performance since January.
A surprise pop-out at Kaseya Center
During Don Toliver’s show at the Kaseya Center on August 22, the rapper welcomed Timberlake as a surprise guest near the end of his set. Fan-shot videos of the moment spread quickly across social media, showing the packed Miami crowd reacting to the unexpected collaboration.
Rock Your Body, then Body
Together the pair performed Timberlake’s 2003 hit Rock Your Body, before moving into Toliver’s Body, which famously samples the Timberlake track. Toliver had already played Body earlier in the set, but revived it for the Timberlake cameo.
A rare return to the stage
The appearance was Timberlake’s first public performance since January, when he honored his frequent collaborator Pharrell Williams at the Recording Academy’s Black Music Collective event in Los Angeles. Before that, he had not performed since his Forget Tomorrow world tour wrapped in Istanbul in July 2025, where he revealed his Lyme disease diagnosis, calling the condition “relentlessly debilitating, both mentally and physically.”
What this means for fans
The cameo came during Toliver’s ongoing Nitrous tour stop in Miami, turning the night into one of the most talked-about moments of the tour. For Timberlake, the Miami pop-out signals he is easing back into live performance after a year of health setbacks and a quieter 2026.
Global pop acts keep returning to the spotlight and to the road: Bruno Mars is heading back to the Philippines in 2027, and BINI will share a stage with Japan’s HANA and 4EVE at the Asia Pop Girl Fest. Fans hoping for a Timberlake comeback tour will have to keep watching.
