It is so nice that one of our favorite childhood anime VOLTES V is back on TV this time courtesy of a Philippine adaptation, Voltes V: Legacy by GMA Network which took more than 10 years in the making.
The success of an anime also lies in a successful opening theme song like, Voltes V no Uta made popular during the 70s by Horie Mitsuko. And for the 2023 version, pop star singer, Julie Anne San Jose renders her take on the immortal song. which was praised by Mitsuko herself.
