Mafia: The Old Country is getting an expansion — and it brings back a familiar villain

MANILA, Philippines (Jun 2026) — Fans of Mafia: The Old Country have a reason to head back to Sicily. At Summer Game Fest 2026, 2K and Hangar 13 announced the Man of Honor expansion for the game, dropping August 14, 2026 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.

The expansion adds two new story chapters featuring protagonist Enzo Favara, now a seasoned soldier of the Torrisi crime family. The plot picks up in the winter of 1905 as the Don assigns Enzo and his partner Cesare to assist Ennio Salieri, a recently released convict determined to reclaim what he believes is owed to him.

Fans of the broader franchise will recognize Salieri as the main antagonist of Mafia: Definitive Edition, making this expansion a bridge between the two games’ timelines. Enzo’s story takes him deeper into the volatile underworld of the Valle Dorata, where new environments, weapons, vehicles, and Charms are waiting.

More to do in Free Ride

Beyond the main story chapters, the expansion also brings new content to Free Ride mode. Players can team up with Salieri to tackle a fresh set of extreme challenges, discover new collectibles, and explore locations not seen in the base game.

Big discounts across the Mafia franchise

To mark the announcement, 2K has put the entire Mafia catalog on sale. Mafia: The Old Country itself is 30% off on all platforms. Older entries in the series are discounted even more steeply: Mafia: Definitive Edition is 85% off, while Mafia II, Mafia III, and the Mafia Trilogy are each 80% off. All discounts are digital only, with PlayStation deals ending June 10, Xbox deals ending June 11, and Steam deals running until June 18.

The Man of Honor expansion requires the base game to play. It is available to wishlist now ahead of its August 14 launch.
