PHILIPPINES – Xiaomi launched several IoT-connected smart hardware on Wednesday. The Mi Electric Scooter Pro 2 is among those products belonging to the “Xiaomi Ecosystem”, with an introductory price of 399€.

Xiaomi also showcased other products in its global online launch, including the Mi Smart Band 5, Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 Basic, Mi TV Stick, Mi Curved Gaming Monitor, and the Redmi 9, Redmi 9A, and Redmi 9C.
Xiaomi’s micro-mobility solution, the 300W Mi Electric Scooter Pro 2 can travel up to 45km at speeds of up to 25 koilmeters per hour.
Like any Xiaomi product in the ecosystem, it comes with several smart features such as real-time speed, Bluetooth connection, and a status monitor for its 2W headlight that can illuminate up to 10 meters ahead.
The launch also debuted Mi Electric Scooter 1S – a more streamlined model for casual commuters. Mi Electric Scooter 1S can travel up to 30 km at speeds up to 25 km per hour and offers an upgraded display, headlight, and other safety features.
Xiaomi is also announced a special edition of Mi Electric Scooter Pro 2 in collaboration with the legendary Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team. As stated by Chris Church, Vice President of Brand Partnerships APAC at Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula 1 team: “We are extremely excited to bring the Mercedes F1 experience closer to our fans. Like us, Xiaomi is committed to continuous innovation and we are delighted to work alongside them to bring to the market this new edition of their flagship Mi Electric Scooter Pro 2.”
The global recommended retail price of Mi Electric Scooter Pro 2 and Mi Electric Scooter 1S is 499€ and 399€ respectively.
