Kristina never thought her family would suffer financially during the lockdown, but when she became a victim of an investment scam that drained her savings, she and her family reached a point where finding the means to buy food to eat became a problem. Kristina also struggled with her mental health during this difficult moment in her life.

Drawing inspiration from her family, Kristina fought and bounced back by launching Shinjiru Wellness PH that she started in her home with the help of her kid who is in the autism spectrum.
