TAGUIG, Philippines – Roku, an Internet-connected device that adds Internet video streaming capabilities such as Netflix and YouTube to your TV, is now available in the Philippines.
Called “TVolution Lite”, the pocket-sized Roku-powered TV stick is being offered as an add-on to the PLDT home Fibr plan for P99 per month.

Roku TV functions in ways similar to Google Chromecast: A receiver is connected to the HDMI port of the television, and everything is controlled via remote control.

After the initial Wi-Fi setup, everything can be controlled via the user-friendly Roku interface using a handy remote control with a dedicated button for Netflix, Cignal, iflix, and YouTube.
