BulSU Cinephilia (formerly known as Multimedia Division), an organization under Bulacan State University is holding Sine Bulacan Film Festival (SIBUL) IX on April 24, 2019 at Robinsons Place Movieworld Malolos, Bulacan.
This event is the organization’s annual film festival that showcase the students passion for film making. It is attended by some of the most renown film directors in the film industry that serves as the judges of the said festival.
