Smart provides self-care channels for Cebu City customers in ECQ

With Cebu City under enhanced community quarantine once again, customers of Smart Communications, Inc. in the city are being encouraged to use Smart’s various self-care channels for service requests and other needs such as bills payments.

Since Smart store operations have been temporarily stopped under ECQ, Smart, TNT, and Sun subscribers can go to and check out information about services such as eLoad availability, bills payment, free access to COVID-related government websites, whitelisted news sites, emergency hotlines, and others.

Cebu City customers are also encouraged to use online payment services such as PayMaya to pay their bills or to purchase Smart e-Load. They can also visit the Smart Online Store ( to avail of devices, accessories, and other transactions.
