Over 250 workers took to the streets of UP Diliman to advocate for equality, diversity, and acceptance during the annual Love Laban Pride March.
Representing TP Philippines, a digital business services company, members of the TP Pride Network joined advocates, allies, and partner organizations in one of the largest Pride celebrations in the country.
Marching for equality
Participants completed the six-kilometer march from University Avenue to Congressional Avenue under the banner “Built on Pride, United in Belonging.”
Nationwide support
The advocacy extended beyond Quezon City. TP employees in regional offices across the country also participated in local Pride events, including marches in Baguio, Cebu, Bacolod, and Davao.
Creating inclusive workplaces
Beyond single-day celebrations, the company works to build a culture of belonging for its workforce throughout the year. Internal programs such as Pride Forum and Queertuhan sessions provide platforms for open dialogue among LGBTQIA+ employees and allies.
