id Software has unveiled a new setting and enemy for its upcoming title, DOOM: The Dark Ages, giving fans a glimpse into the strange and terrifying world of the Cosmic Realm.
Players will once again take on the role of the DOOM Slayer, this time venturing into an unfamiliar dimension where Hell merges with the far reaches of space. The new environment introduces the monstrous Cosmic Baron and other twisted foes like the interdimensional Cacodemon.
DOOM: The Dark Ages is set to launch on May 15. It will be available on Game Pass, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 5 Pro, PC, and Battle.net. Gamers who pre-order the Premium Edition will receive two days of early access, a digital artbook and soundtrack, the Divinity Skin Pack, and future access to campaign DLC.
