BERLIN, Germany (Sept 2026) : Tackling steep urban slopes and unpredictable roads is about to get much easier for daily commuters with the introduction of the Acer Predator ES Thunder Pro e-scooter. Unveiled during the next@acer global press conference, this high-performance ride aims to transform daily travel into a safer, smarter journey.

Built for tough roads and steep climbs

Navigating city streets or rough paths requires serious muscle, and this model delivers as the most powerful entry in the lineup. It packs a high-performance 500 W rear-wheel-drive DC motor capable of reaching a peak output of 1,600 W and 32 Nm of torque. That translates to enough power to handle inclines of up to 28% without breaking a sweat.

Safety on slippery pavement is addressed through an integrated Traction Control System (TCS) that adjusts power in real time to prevent skidding. Combined with 10-inch tubeless pneumatic off-road tires, IPX6 water resistance, front daytime running lights, and side RGB ambient lights, riders can feel confident navigating rain or night conditions. On a single charge, the battery delivers a range of up to 70 kilometers, reducing the hassle of constant recharging.

Smart tracking and AI voice commands

Convenience takes center stage with dual-platform tracking using Find My and Find Hub, keeping tabs on vehicle location at all times. Through the Acer eMobility app, riders can check battery life, monitor trip data, and adjust lighting controls. The app also features AI voice control, allowing users to lock or unlock the scooter and check status updates simply by speaking into a smartphone or smartwatch.

Pricing and availability

The Predator ES Thunder Pro will hit European markets in Q1 2027 with prices starting at EUR 799 (approx. PHP 50,300 / $885). Official Philippine pricing and availability details have not been announced yet.
