Appistoki, in partnership with Salesforce, has officially established the Salesforce Data and AI Center of Excellence inside Bonifacio Global City to help local businesses deploy practical AI tools.
Smart tech for real estate operations
The new facility inside the Novare headquarters in Taguig City serves as a dedicated environment where companies can test drive AI agents. It brings together Salesforce’s Agentforce platform and Data 360 engine, allowing local firms to unify customer records and automate complex routine workflows.
While the facility supports various corporate sectors, its initial focus targets real estate. Pinoy property firms can test applications ranging from automated lead handling to personalized unit recommendations and AI-assisted customer support. The real estate industry accounts for more than 5 percent of the country’s gross domestic product following a 6.8 percent year-on-year growth in early 2026.
Building practical solutions for Pinoy enterprise
Local business leaders emphasize that the goal is to move beyond simple tech experiments into tools that deliver actual day-to-day results. Appistoki founder and chief executive officer Abhijeet Kulkarni shared that the goal is creating a space where businesses experience AI in action and see how connected customer engagement changes standard property operations.
Major local developers like Ayala Land Inc. are already working with Appistoki to integrate AI on top of existing customer data platforms. Chief Information Officer Roscoe M. Pineda noted that building on top of established data systems allows the company to unlock more value from its digital setup.

The center will regularly host live demonstrations, technical workshops, and strategy briefings for teams interested in upgrading their digital capabilities.
