MANILA, Philippines – After a sweet series of challenges, one of the finalists of Lifestyle Network’s “The Clash: The Search for the Next Great Dessert Master” will finally emerge on top in a grand finale to be held at the TriNoma Activity Area this Saturday (October 4).
The title of “The Next Great Dessert Master” will finally be bestowed upon a talented individual who will win the unique opportunity of having his or her own show on the Lifestyle Network. Among those in the running to top this talent search are dessert makers, baking enthusiasts, culinary students, and pastry business owners–particularly the likes of Angelique dela Cruz, Cynthia Patos, Ma. Jessica Relos, Paolo Rigotti, Wado Siman, and Carmela Villegas.
The finalists will be competing in one final battle that will be taking place live at “The Clash Finals and Dessert Fair” this Saturday; using the talents that they have and the skills that they developed over the course of their training under their dessert mentors: Peachy Juan, Penk Ching, James Antolin, and Jackie Ang-Po. Their training with these talented dessert masters will be seen on the four-episode reality show, “The Clash,” with certified foodie and seasoned television host Sam Oh.
As they all come together for one final time for “The Clash Finals and Dessert Fair” at the TriNoma Activity Area this Saturday, things are sure to heat up for all those in attendance as viewers and fans will also have the chance to watch the competition as it happens and to root for their favorite dessert master.
Judging the event this Saturday will be no less than the President of the Pastry Alliance of the Philippines, Buddy Trinidad, and recipe consultant, chef-instructor, and the owner of popular patisserie Delize, Jill Sandique.
Apart from the intense final challenge that’s set to happen, all those in attendance will also get the sweet treat of experiencing all the different dessert and pastry booths at the fair; and things are bound get even sweeter with special guest performer and The Voice finalist Morisette set to take the stage.
