The PLDT-Smart Foundation (PSF), in collaboration with the Cebu Diversified Advocacy Cooperative (CEDACO), donated digital learning tools, office supplies, and PlantSmart kits to Cebu Technological University Cebu City Mountain Campus (CTU CCM) as part of PSF’s nationwide back-to-school initiative.
Technology meets sustainability
CTU CCM, established to serve youth in the upland communities of Cebu City, has grown into a trusted learning hub for students across the Visayas and Mindanao. Surrounded by farming communities, the campus uses the donation to expand access to digital learning while encouraging hands-on sustainable farming among agriculture students.

The partnership shows how technology and sustainability can work together to empower the next generation of Filipino agricultural leaders, giving students modern tools while connecting them to their communities through practical, eco-friendly farming.
