ICATS celebrates 7th anniversary

The International Cabin Attendant Training School (ICATS), a fully-accredited training center for aspiring flight attendants, recently celebrated its 7th founding anniversary at the Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria in Quezon City. With the theme, “Rejoicing years of passion, fulfilling dreams,” the event reaffirmed ICATS’ role in providing top-notch academic training to make life better for Filipinos who want to see the world andconquer the skies. Itwas part of a three-day celebration that began on April 5, 2017 and was marked by various activities, including community and volunteer work. The special gathering was graced by ICATS officers headed by Princess Joy Garcia,CEO and co-founder, staff and faculty members, as well as students, alumni, partners, and special guests. To mark its seven fruitful years in business, ICATS earlier conducted a series of outreach programs in seven charity institutions, namely, Precious Heritage Children’s Home, TahanangBalik Alay, Home for the Golden Gays, Creative Milestone Learning Center (School for Special Kids), Children’s Home of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Children’s Home of Eucharistic Love and Kindness, and Margaretha Home for the Blind. This was followed by a bloodletting activity at the ICATS office on April 6, 2017in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross (PRC). PRC Chair Senator Richard Gordon was the guest of honor.On that day, ICATS and PRC also signed a memorandum of agreement to seal their corporate partnership.
