The Jetour T2 Lightning i-DM just gained a hardier sibling. Jetour Auto Philippines has added a new plug-in hybrid 4×4 variant to its boxy T2 lineup, unveiled at the UAAGI On The Move roadshow at the SM Megamall Fashion Hall this weekend. The headline number is a combined 600 hp of total system output, and the new flagship is priced at P2.688 million, about P200,000 more than the familiar dual-motor i-DM.
What the T2 Lightning i-DM 4×4 brings
This configuration plants the T2 Lightning i-DM at the top of Jetour’s local range. So far Jetour has confirmed only the headline figures: total system output of 600 hp and a chunky 915 Nm of torque. The exact powertrain layout is still undisclosed, and the Department of Energy’s EV database does list a 4×4 T2 Lightning whose attached brochure carries none of those power ratings, so the finer spec sheet will have to wait for Jetour’s official release.

Interested buyers can place a reservation at the roadshow, with deliveries expected to commence later this month. The booth also shows off the smaller T1 Lightning i-DM Panther Edition and the seven-seater X70 Lightning i-DM.
Why it matters
Jetour already leads plug-in hybrid sales in the country, holding the top PHEV spot in July 2026 with 480 units, per our breakdown of the CAMPI sales board. This 4×4 adds real capability to the brand’s halo model, and the T2 already carries safety pedigree after its five-star NCAP run. Expect a full spec breakdown once Jetour spills the powertrain details.
