IMUS, Philippines (Aug 2026) – More than 900 multisport athletes are heading to Cavite this weekend after grabbing every single starting slot for Triman Triathlon 2026, making it the largest pool-based triathlon in Philippine history. The grand finale of the Go For Gold SBR.ph Tri Series Presented by Vitargo takes place on Aug. 30 at the Ayala Vermosa Sports Hub.
The massive turnout cements the SBR.ph community’s position in local sports history. With the 2023 Aquaman Aquathlon standing as the biggest aquathlon and the 2014 Duaman Duathlon holding the title for the largest duathlon, this year’s Triman Triathlon completes a sweep of the largest field sizes across all three disciplines in the Philippines.
