The new Claudeforce integration brings the advanced reasoning capabilities of Anthropic’s Claude AI straight into the Salesforce enterprise ecosystem. Instead of jumping between tabs or manually logging customer interactions, sales teams can now access live business data and execute workflows without leaving their workspace.
Putting AI directly where sellers work
The initial rollout of Claudeforce begins with a dedicated plugin inside Claude that packs 37 pre-built sales skills. These built-in features allow sales representatives and customer agents to analyze live revenue data, automate pipeline status updates, and execute governed business actions in real time.
Salesforce plans to release additional pre-built skills later this year to expand what agents can do across different business tasks.
Combining smart reasoning with trusted data
The integration relies on AIForce, an enterprise harness from Salesforce that connects business data and workflows to AI agents using Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, APIs, and command-line interface tools.
By connecting AI reasoning directly with existing enterprise data and security rules, the collaboration gives Pinoy professionals and global enterprise teams a safer way to adopt AI automation without losing control over sensitive company data.
