The Professional Regulation Commission has officially released the results of the August 2026 Criminologist Licensure Examination (CLE), bringing a verdict to the tens of thousands of examinees who took the board test this year.
When the results dropped
The PRC posted the August 2026 CLE results on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, nineteen working days after the last day of exams. The second regular CLE of 2026 was held on August 1, 2 and 3 across more than 30 testing centers nationwide, including Manila, Cebu, Davao, Cagayan de Oro, Zamboanga, Tuguegarao, Iloilo and Davao City.
The current Board of Criminology is chaired by Ramil G. Gabao, with members Lani T. Palmones and Warren M. Corpuz.
How to check your rating
Examinees can verify their results through the PRC’s online Verification of Rating service, which becomes available within a few working days after the results are posted. The full list of passers and the topnotchers were being rolled out on release day, so expect the boards to fill in as the day goes on.
What to prepare after passing
Passers must register online through prc.gov.ph for the issuance of their Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration, and personally sign the Roster of Registered Professionals. The date of the oathtaking ceremony will be announced later.
