Noli de Castro features Pinoy dishes using rabbit’s meat in the latest episode of “KBYN: Kaagapay ng Bayan”

MANILA, Philippines – Kabayan Noli de Castro brings another meaningful episode as he goes on a food tour in a farm in Cavite where he learns that rabbit’s meat can be used to make Filipino dishes like adobo, sisig, and lechon in “KBYN: Kaagapay ng Bayan” this Sunday (July 3).

The veteran journalist discovered through entrepreneur Willie Menor that rabbits don’t just make good pets to love at home, their meat can also be sold for food consumption.

Meanwhile, Kabayan also tells viewers the hardships experienced by kariton vendors as he takes time to get to know kariton vendors Gema Aguilar and Benjie Tuwalla by joining them in their daily rounds to sell clothes and vegetables. The “KBYN” team also visits another kariton vendor, Concepcion Garcia, who sells bananas and uses her kariton as a makeshift bed.
